audacity.svg miss the red color for small sizes. Open audacity.svg with
rsvg-view-3 and zoom out. The red will go away at a specific point.

Steps to reproduce:
1) rsvg-view-3 /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/audacity.svg
2) Zoom out.
