Public bug reported:
Pressing Brighness buttons on my Lenovo E530 doesn't adjust the monitor
brightness, it remains at the lowest value. The notification appears and
remain at the lowest level. Adjusting it from the settings - brighness
works. Before the update to raring, buttons work fine in 12.10.
