Public bug reported:
Today I upgraded to Ubuntu 13.04. Since the upgrade, Empathy stopped to
open conversations in a window - the incoming message is shown as a
notification, but the "envelope" applet icon stays white (does not turn
to blue) and no conversation window is popped up.
