$ cd /tmp $ touch foo.txt $ gedit & #### Bring up the File Open dialog. Select /tmp/foo.txt (but do not open it). Copy its location (with right click menu) #### Switch back to shell and delete /tmp/foo.txt $ rm foo.txt #### Observe core in shell $ (gedit:4624): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_filter_convert_iter_to_child_iter: assertion `valid == TRUE' failed (gedit:4624): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_file_system_model_get_value: assertion `ITER_IS_VALID (model, iter)' failed (gedit:4624): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: /build/buildd/glib2.0-2.34.1/./gobject/gtype.c:4204: type id `0' is invalid (gedit:4624): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: can't peek value table for type `<invalid>' which is not currently referenced I generated a code which I'm attaching.
