Hi, I have the same bug Platform : Guest Ubuntu 1304 x86 VM virtualbox on host Windows 7 x64 all up to date

Forcing IndividualAggregator quiescence due to reaching the timeout. So with sudo htop, I removed all daemon/programs connected to telepathy/keyring/empathy :-) I restart empathy and it works :-) Perhaps gnome-keyring-daemon ?
