Public bug reported: Beside changing the nautilus-scripts folder to /home/$user/.local/share/nautilus/scripts, there is another change that is not nice: one cannot right-click some place between files/folders to see the scripts. It only works on a selected file/folder.
I think it is a but / lack that affects quite many users.
