@Sebastien Bacher: please, could you drive developers attention on this bug? I feel that it should be assigned and risen to "Critical" status; it's a core regression which will probably bite a lot of unaware and non-technical user.
We have a report of data loss too...; and I would not be surprised if this could be changed in a DOS someway (processes stuck in "D" state are really dangerous).
