On a live session of Saucy Desktop AMD64 (Build 20130517) mode of
/home/ubuntu/.local/ is set to 0644 instead of 0755 which causes several
services failing to start (for example zeitgeist or mission-control)
After installation to the target system, the mode of this directory is
correct.
This is a regression in Saucy, on the release image of 13.04 Desktop
AMD64 $HOME/.local/ is set to 0755
