This error affects me too (13.04), but on both sides (computer to phone AND phone to computer) using comment #38, ran "bluez-simple-agent" from terminal, and sending files (computer -> phone) is working. If "bluez-simple-agent" is not running, the error raises again.
However, sending files from phone to computer still doesn't work, although both computer and phone are paired, and phone is set to "always accept" for this device.
