I'm running Nautilus 3.8.2 on Ubuntu 13.10
To see the problem:
1. Insert a removable drive such as a USB flash drive. It will appear in the
Nautilus sidebar.
2. Right click the drive and choose Format...
3. Nothing happens.
If you run Nautilus from a terminal, then you'll see this message as
this problem occurs:
(gnome-disks:13712): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: This application can not open
files.
** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
