Public bug reported:

This might be a bit particular, but I'm sure not too many people would
have looked to ensure its correctness.  In saucy, looking at the
time+date section of control center, if you select Birmingham, Alabama
as the location it is called "Birmingham i Alabama" where all other
locations have a "-" separating city/region from state. I had not
noticed this as an issue in any previous versions. Attached is a
screenshot of the inconsistency.
