Public bug reported:
Tried to configure a static IP in the "network" tool found in the "Control
Center" of Feisty Herd 3.
The tool writes "iface eth0 inet" into /etc/network/interfaces, but ifup wants
to see "iface eth0 inet static".
Feisty Herd 2 had the same problem.
