Public bug reported:

pressing the logout button, the system takes more than three minutes to close 
the user's session.
There are no messages in the file. Xsession-errors
each time the error occurs, displays these messages sys.log file:

gnome-session [1809]: WARNING: Client '/
org/gnome/SessionManager/Client1' failed to reply before timeout

or

gnome-session [2900]: WARNING: Client '/
org/gnome/SessionManager/Client2' failed to reply before timeout


The closing session on Ubuntu 13.04 lasted a few seconds.
