I cannot manually arrange (drag and drop) url desktop launchers after
upgrade from ubuntu 13.04 to 13.10. I get error message (Error while
copying "/") with details (Error opening file "/": is a directory).
Keep aligned is turned off. This only happens when trying to reposition
url related launchers. Some of the launchers were created by using
Firefox "Create Deskcut" and some with the older Nautilus "Create-
Launcher" script.
