Binary package hint: system-tools-backends
This is related to #72722
System-tools-backends produces an error if lsb_release isn't one of a handful
of values.
This breaks for downstream distributions.
Please remove this check, the fact that I'm using a supported system is
implicit from me using a package from Ubuntu.
