Public bug reported:
Create a button on the "Text Entry Settings" interface to launch
preferences dialog box for input methods.
e.g. For ibus-pinyin, the button would launch /usr/lib/ibus/ibus-setup-
pinyin.
Why is this an issue? Because there are many settings that may be
relevant to users in the setup dialog, e.g. Simplified/Traditional
Chinese input, Half/Full width punctuation, Horizontal/Vertical
candidate list, Number of candidates in candidate list (the default of 5
is probably not enough).
