Public bug reported:

I have an HP-530 laptop with Ubuntu 14.04 on it. The graphic card is
Intel 945GME x86/MMX/SSE2. The issue is that after I unplug the power
cable the screen it freezes. I can still move the mouse but that is all.
This doesnt happen immediately just after a few minutes of running
without power cable. I encounter the same issue in Ubuntu 12.04.

I replaced the old battery with a new one, but the issue remains.

Can anyone advise me what to do ?
