Christopher, unfortunately, this bug is still reproducible. I've just downloaded example file I attached, printed it, and paper result is the same as scan I've attached before.
I use Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS and Evince 3.10.3-0ubuntu10.1 (full output about versions attached). Another interesting point is I've changed my printer since time of first report - and printed result is still the same.
