Public bug reported: There is no way to setup gpg-agent.conf:default-cache-ttl via GUI. I believe that seahorse is the place where this option should show up.
In previous version of Ubuntu, there was a way to set it up with a GUI, but I do not remember where anymore. I believe it was seahorse.
