Public bug reported:

In Lubuntu clicking on the the LXDE -> System Tools -> Network brings up
networking settings information. There if the DNS tab is chosen it
shows only one DNS server, the local host, at 127.0.1.1 That is not
what DHCP is serving up. The networking information should show instead
the three (or less) servers actually provided by DHCP.
