* Factor out logic from debian/open-iscsi.iscsi-network-interface.upstart
into debian/net-interface-handler, and install the latter in debian/rules.
* Add debian/[email protected]: Drop-in for [email protected] to run
net-interface-handler under systemd. (LP: #1432829)
