Public bug reported:

When looking at "SMART Data & Self-Tests" for a drive, the scroll-bar
widget appears at the usual place when the pointer moves towards it from
the left, but disappears either as soon as the mouse reaches it, or
immediately after mouse-down. Scrolling is impossible, except using
keyboard.
