Confirm on Ubuntu 14.04, 14.10, 15.04, 15.10 releases with latin and cyrillic layouts. System hotkeys works ok (terminal hotkey e.g.). But IDE's hotkeys (Sublime Text, PhpStorm, Intellij Idea) makes me suffer. Well.. Someone. Fix it. Please.
