Public bug reported:

After open bluetooth-wizard for pairing some devices, many unfamiliar bt
devices starting to appear in bluetooth indicator menu.


Steps to reproduce:

1. click on bluetooth indicator icon
2. click on "Bluetooth Settings..."
3. click on "+" button
4. wait for the scanning


Expected result:

Compared to 14.04, 12.04, only connected deices will be listed under
bluetooth indicator menu.


Actual results:

All the discoverable devices is being listed.
