Public bug reported:
Serpentine is extremely slow at decoding mp3, at least too much slower
that it should be.
To create an 80 minutes cd from 18 mp3 files, it takes 15+ minutes only
to decode files to wav.
In contrast gnome-baker takes 2-3 minutes for the same job.
