Public bug reported:

Starting evince (and a lot of other software, e.g. from the start menu) I get
an error message:
"(evince:4340): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.Evince' is not
installed"

After calling:
sudo glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas
everything is fine.

I am not sure if this is related to evince itself or some conventions on
calling the schema compiler that have not completly been followed in
kubuntu 16.04
