[Impact]
GNOME Software currently shows a large warning about software being 3rd party / 
non-free when the license information is shown. This is occurring for all snaps 
due to bug 1555567. This is misleading and would be simpler to just state the 
license is "Unknown".

[Test Case]
1. Open GNOME Software and select a snap (e.g. moon-buggy)

Expected result:
moon-buggy is shown with an unknown license.

Observed result:
A large warning is shown about it being 3rd party / non-free.

Low. We now hide the warning and show the license field even when it is unkown.
