+ Epiphany in 16.04 LTS and 16.10 has a "New Incognito Window" action in the
Unity right-click menu but "New Window" is missing.

+ GNOME doesn't have this problem since it adds "New Window" to every
+ app,. The fix is to add a New Window action. This doesn't affect GNOME
+ (not duplicated) but fixes Unity.
