Thank you for your bug. As mentionned by the changelog GNOME 2.18
decided to revert to the menus use, we got many complain about the shell
as well and decided it's not ready to be used by default yet, that might
change next cycle. What is the problem with editing the menu to unmask
the entry if you want it? Closing the bug, that's not one
