Public bug reported:
Using Ubuntu Software, I select OpenShot Video Editor and click <install>.
Nothing happens.
I click <install> again and the orange progress bar starts and grows to approx
5 mm.
Nothing further happens.
After a reboot (for another reason) OpenShot is not installed.
