Public bug reported:

After left-clicking the menu in the top-right, and selectingthe
"Shutdown" button, the dialog window appears with three options: Cancel,
Restart and Shutdown.

Normally, one would have to single-click the buttons to shutdown or
restart. In 17.04, the buttons don't respond to a single click -- you
have to click them a second time for the click to register.

Also, the dialogue usually contains a 60 seconds countdown. The
countdown indicator still appears, but stays frozen at 60 seconds. The
function (logout/shut down), however, activates after 60 seconds.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: as before, click either button once to shutdown or
restart PC.
