No because manufacturers have to do their own shit and carriers do
their shit. If it was windows everyone would update the os from
Microsoft and not HP or Lenovo. So if Google could just update android
as an os and Samsung and HTC and the others would update their aspects
on their phones instead of fucking with the entire OS, shit would be
easier
