Public bug reported:
Whenever i install the ATI drivers the video playback via the official
drivers provided by ati, and the video playback is just fine without
using the drivers, any clue what is causing this besides having to
switch from the gstreamer backend.
Ubuntu Version: 6.06
Kernel: irrevelent.
Driver Version: any
steps to reproduce...
step 1) play a video with Totem ( Movie Player ) ( normal baseline, usually
correct ) ( Vesa driver used )
step 2) install ATI drivers from ati.amd.com
step 3) play a video with Totem, again. ( this will be discolored )
** Affects: gstreamer0.10 (Ubuntu)
