With gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock installed (on the Ubuntu 17.10
default session), installing Dash to Dock from the GNOME Extensions
website and then removing it from the website causes 'Error loading
extension' in GNOME Tweak for both DtD and the Ubuntu dock. DtD is said
to be off both on the website and Tweak but is still being used over the
Ubuntu Dock.
What I expect to happen: Switching between Ubuntu Dock and Dash to Dock
works seamlessly.
If you're struggling to reproduce this, it _may_ be because I also
enabled and disabled Dash to Panel, but I think I got this bug even
without doing that.
