Hi Brian,

Sorry that I'm a total noob but I gotta learn somewhere. I thought that if I
wrote Edgy it would have been understood that it was 6.10. I had Firefox
2.0.0.2 and a terminal window opened (in my user account) as I was trying to
figure out how to run a " .run " file (and there is no help anywhere) and I
decided to switch from user and login as root and then copy the .run file
over into the home folder of root. When I did the switch I got the error:
"Something crashed" and it asked me to report the error and so I have.

I've been a windows tech for 17 years and it is time to switch but does the
Linux world have to make it so hard? Just to get Flash running in Firefox or
Mozilla is an exercise in incredible mental pain but once you've done it a
couple of times, you say I got it, but wow, painful.

Scott
