Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Reproduce:
change any character into something that is not ascii.
Now easytag will show no tags and beep-media-player just corrupted tags.
rhythmbox should repair the setf-corrupted files too (automaticaly), i have
hundrets of broken ones.
