Public bug reported: LibreOffice won't print or export to pdf when document contains Noto fonts (both sans and serif). Change to Source/Adobe (identical glyphs) solves the problem. Also there is no problem in Fedora, which uses Source/Adobe cjk fonts. Ubuntu uses Noto, should switch to Source/Adobe. This should be easily done. See:
