Still actual in 18.04. The Control Center applet shows "Super+Page Up" for "Move to workspace above" shortcut, but "gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-to-workspace-up" returns "['<Super>Page_Up', '<Control><Alt>Up']".
