Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: nautilus
There is no way to unmount a media on Ubuntu that does not involve the
usage of the context menu. Since this is a very common operation, there
should be some ways to do this without using 'advanced techniques' like
the context menu.
User Experiences:
- Hans is a computer user without special computer training. He uses his
computer to read emails and browse websites. Sometimes he writes letters and
does spreadsheet calculations. Hans stores his most-used documents on an USB
stick. Whenever he wants to remove the USB stick, he simply pulls it out of the
USB port. This has led to data corruption in the past.
He hast not discovered the "Eject" commando in the context menu, since
he never uses the right mouse button. I had to show him, how to do it.
** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
