You have been subscribed to a public bug: I'm accustomed to hitting 'alt-space' to 'Activate the window menu' where there are options like 'Always on Top' or 'Always on visible workspace'.
After an upgrade today I can no longer bring up that menu. Alt-space simply does nothing. Configuring the keyboard shortcut in gnome-control-center to another shortcut has no effect.
