Yeah, installed from the deb it doesn't have this behavior.  The UI
wants to show whatever state it was in when it started, so I think the
dconf setting is getting set.  For example, if I tick "All processes"
when just the user processes are listed, I briefly see all processes
then it reverts back.  The "All processes" radio item is still ticked
though.  If I restart gnome-system-monitor it will display all processes
properly.  If I think tick "My processes" I briefly only see my
processes then it reverts back to all until restarting the app again.
