Ubuntu 18.04 Wayland, Select a desktop file icon and drag it to the nautilus window. When the icon touches the window, it jumps back to the original starting point, the cursor remains a hand, and can no longer move the icon, which is still highlighted. No other icon may be highlighlited, clicking on the backbround does not remove the highlighting, and the cursor remains a hand over other applications like firefox (but over nautilus or system things like launcher, screen title,... it becomes an arrow). This comment box may be selected with the hand, but the cursor clicks no longer reposition the insertion point. Logging out fixes the problem. Closing nautilus does not.
