Steps to reproduce:

1. open gnome-software
2. search for 'caprine' (a Facebook Messenger app)
3. install it
4. on its page click 'Permissions'
5. click toggles to allow camera, disallow home directory access
6. click 'Close'
7. reopen 'Permissions'

Expected: the new state of permissions is shown
Actual: permissions have their original values
