Upon attempting to add a calendar from outlook.com, I was greeted with a username/password dialog box. So, I entered my username (an email address in this case) and an app password I generated since I have two- factor authentication. The dialog box would go away, but the calendar would not be added. It seems as though the username/password dialog box takes the input, but then the "Add" button fails to become active. Reproducible every time.
