OK I missed some steps there sorry... The command:
apport-cli --hanging -P PID will give you a link to help you complete creation of a new bug. You then need to follow that link, on any machine. Don't send us that link. After you have created a new bug, please tell us its ID. If that didn't work then please look at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID where ID is the content of file /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id on the machine. Do you find any links to recent problems on that page?
