WOW, I don't even remember reporting this bug! The link I 
gave in the bug report doesn't work anymore, but if you 
enter FODM121 in the search box and then click on the pdf 
link that comes up, it STILL does the same thing, on evince 
3.4.0
And, it may just be a badly formatted document, too.  The 
URL is :

I am still running 12.04 on some systems, I have too many 
tricky packages installed to update until it is REALLY 
necessary.
