The log in comment #7 shows a number of your extensions are failing to load because they are not yet compatible with Gnome 3.34 or at least Ubuntu's Gnome 3.34.
Please try them one-by-one to see which ones work and which don't. If it's only a subset of them then we should use bug 1835706 instead, to track them individually.
