The whole shell and this happened before when I am working with other software. The mouse moves but nothing in the screen responds to mouse or keyboard input. I logged into the system from another laptop via shell and was able to generate the bug report.
I followed comment #3 and it said the chrome crashes cannot be sent out to ubuntu. I will enable on-demand or intel(performance mode) and see if I can reproduce the issue.
