Public bug reported:

I am trying to run gnome-control-center but keep getting an error stating 
'Execution of "gnome-control-center" failed: Command not found.'  I get this 
error after I click on the printer icon then click on "Printers". When I try to 
install "gnome-control-center" I get these:
gnome-control-center : Depends: libcheese-gtk25 (>= 3.18.0) but it is not going 
to be installed
                        Depends: libcheese8 (>= 3.18.0) but it is not going to 
be installed

When I try to install these packages, this happens:
 libcheese8 : Depends: gstreamer1.0-plugins-good (>= 0.11.0) but it is not 
going to be installed

As a result, I am unable to open gnome-control-center and therefore
cannot install my Canon MX922 printer.
