Public bug reported: Please, consider moving the Show applications button by-default to left edge when dock position on screen is set to bottom.
It was originally discussed in upstream (dashtodock) ticket, however it was decided that the behavior won't be changed in upstream. Instead, it should be changed in ubuntu-dock.
